At present all terms and conditions are being agreed and signed with owners wishing to advertise property on our site.  For terms and conditions of the property you are interetestd in, please tick the T&C box to enable your enquiry to reach us.  We will then forward you (before booking confirmation) the specific terms and conditions for that property.  No depost will be taken until all parties agree and terms and conditions are clearly agreed, signed and dated.
